The $15 million cocktail dress is believed to be the world’s most expensive

What a fascinating dress Tov International, New York City based wholesaler, has conceptualized there! This masterpiece came out over a bid to manufacture something that has never been made before and the result was the $15 million Chloe & Reese designed diamond cocktail dress at the recent American Gem Society (AGS) Conclave Fashion Show. The beautiful dress was unveiled on April 25 at AGS, a trade organization that specializes in the development and maintenance of superior gemological skills and knowledge. It is without a doubt much more expensive than the diamond studded Prom dress that showed up last year. This “little black dress” features 100 triple excellent GIA and AGS certified 3 carat round diamonds; 85 of them put on the bodice, 7 adorn the back and 4 on each sleeve.
