Internationally acclaimed restaurant, Pierchic, made waves across Dubai in 2016 with the launch of Shellebration, the Emirates’ leading seafood festival. Following its unparalleled success, the festival is back, setting sail on its three-month culinary journey on 7th July 2017.  Visiting the shores of six European regions, the gastronomic excursion is set to explore the cultural culinary elements of each destination, encompassing seafood favourites and celebrating the traditional produce of the lands.

Chef Paolo Bellamio has created six distinctive, yet equally indulgent seafood concepts, hailing from the shores of Italy, Spain, Portugal, England, France and Belgium. Each dish will be on offer for an exclusive two-week period, between 7thJuly to 28th September 2017. Boasting over 15 years’ experience, Chef Paolo, hailing from Padua, Italy, has worked extensively in venues across Europe and internationally, experiencing the exquisite coastal towns personally, sampling dishes and beverages inspired by the unique cuisine of the regions.
